Goals

I was just thinking about some goals that I would like to make for myself. I'll probably add to my list as time goes on, but until then, here is what I have.
Personal Goals:
-short term:
* Get a library card
* Start college in the fall
* Put half of every pay check into savings
* Take singing lessons, fencing lessons, and dance lessons.

-Long term:
* go through all of the books in the library (in English) alphabetically and/or chronologically. (except for the ones I've already read. ) -- write one page of notes per chapter per book
* finish my own novel
* Go to Europe and draw/ paint scenery there.
* invest in a house

Forgetting Myself

Its too bad no one noticed I was there
Everyone was looking at her hair
It was falling all over the floor,
too many pieces were flying out the door

Her face went numb,
the cold freezing in place
The cutting was done
no one was left to stare

I've been forgetting myself
too many pieces to keep in place
I need to stay together
